Since 2019, Stay by ArtHome has been providing full-service management for apartments and self-contained accommodation in Szeged. As an independent division of ArtHome Ingatlan, we work with a dedicated team that focuses solely on running the properties and on the comfort of our guests.

When can I check in, and by what time do I need to check out?
Check-in: you can move in from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out: please leave the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure.
Can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out can be requested, subject to availability, for a surcharge of €20.
How does check-in work?
Our guests access the apartment by self check-in, using a key safe. We send you the necessary information and the access steps before your arrival. You can get in on your own even if you arrive late.
What equipment do the apartments have?
Our apartments come with an equipped kitchen, basic cookware, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer and an iron. Even our smallest apartments offer more space than a standard hotel room, and every apartment has wifi and a TV.
What payment methods are available?
Our accommodation fees are payable by bank transfer to the account number provided, against the pro forma invoice we issue. We send the invoice to our guests after the stay.
How much is the tourist tax, and is it included in the price?
The tourist tax is HUF 800 per person per night (payable by guests over 18), and it is included in the price.
Where can I park?
At apartments where private parking is not indicated, you can park on the street, within the parking zone. You can find the details at szepark.hu.
Until when can I cancel my booking free of charge?
For bookings shorter than 30 days, cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Between 3 and 7 days before arrival 50% of the accommodation fee is charged, within 3 days the full accommodation fee is payable. For one-month bookings the free cancellation deadline is 14 days, for bookings of two months or longer it is 30 days. Non-refundable offers cannot be cancelled. The conditions that apply to you are always stated in your booking confirmation.
I am travelling with my family. Can I stay comfortably with a small child?
Yes, every apartment has a foldable cot and a high chair. On request we can also provide children's bed linen and a baby bath. Children aged 0-2 stay free of charge, but please let us know that a baby is coming.
Can I request cleaning during my stay?
Yes. We clean the apartment thoroughly before every guest arrives; during longer stays, extra cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels can be requested separately, at a pre-arranged time.
Do you issue company invoices, and can you accommodate several colleagues?
Yes, we issue company invoices based on the details provided. With 23 apartments on offer, we can also help accommodate several colleagues at the same time, depending on availability in the given period.
Where are the apartments located?
Our properties are located in downtown Szeged and in the part of Újszeged close to the city centre, next to Aquapolis. You can also see their locations on the map on this website.
Is there air conditioning in the apartments?
Every apartment is air-conditioned.
Is there a washing machine and a dishwasher?
Yes, every apartment has both a washing machine and a dishwasher, with welcome capsules provided.
Is there a coffee machine in the apartments?
Every apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine. We welcome our guests with coffee capsules and tea on arrival; beyond that, please bring your own capsules (Nespresso compatible).
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately our apartments are not dog-friendly, out of respect for our guests with allergies.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our apartments. Breaching this rule incurs a penalty of EUR 200.
Is there a lift in the building?
Not all our apartments have a lift. Please check the apartment description, and if you have difficulty with stairs or a fear of heights, do not choose the building with the open gallery walkway.
What is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate in one place?
We can accommodate several colleagues, even a group of up to 16, in our apartments located next to each other.
